Happy Easter

Even though around here today is mostly about eating ham, or finding chocolate eggs, or sitting on the Easter Bunny’s lap and asking him for a new bike or Nintendo Wii while he repeats “I’m not Santa” over and over again…

Happy Easter, from our family to yours.

Oh, and Easter Bunny? I cleaned the chimney just for you.

Wait - what do you mean, he's not Santa? Does that mean I'm not getting that new car I asked for?

Man, Easter SUCKS. Well, except for the chocolate.

I JUST REALIZED THAT I TOTALLY FORGOT TO GET EASTER BUNNY PICTURES.

Shit.

That bunny is way to large for your adorable, tiny daughter, but awwww. So sweet. Happy pagan spring festival ;-)

So I have a 'touching' story. I am terrified of those mall rabbits. My 13 month old daughter, she loves 'em. Can't get enough of those massive, walking, breathing candy giving 'kitty cats'. She is drawn to them, thinking they are the worlds largest kitty cat's. Being freaked out by them when I see them touching my beautiful baby girl all I want to do is bash the bunny over its freakishly large head, right between its unblinking eyes, grab my kid and run. But with a few deep breathing exercises taught to me by a very talented shrink I have managed to hold it together and let my child enjoy this (slightly disturbing) aspect of childhood. Its good to see you are more normal than I. Well done you.

So if you couldn't get her to go near the bunny, how'd you get this photo? Is this the stunt daughter?
