I love it when the best part of the toy is the box it come in! So once you were finished taking the picture, did you go stomping with her?
My daughter is 8 and STILL loves to splash in puddles.
some cute rubber rain boots would make for a great holiday gift!
my daughter loves making footprints in puddles!
exactly, my mom bought my boys a set of kitchen utensils at the thrift store so they would quit asking to take hers outside, lol
Puddles are much cheaper!
Puddles and empty boxes are free and fun. You also can't for get chairs and blankets for building forts.
Yeah. It's all good now. Just wait until she's old enough to ask for a Wii every time a birthday or Christmas rolls around and you have to turn the hose on that idea.
I know some kids who wouldn't play in that puddle, unless they put on $75.00 rain boots first.
My kid? She'd be the one in the $3.99 knock-offs.
Except for the BlackBerry of course...
I have two empty boxes in my living room that she is always playing in.
biscuit: a lifetime of puddle jumping :}
swirl girl: noted!
jerri ann: she's always trying to get at my pots.
mama smurf: I think that is usually true. Notable exceptions are Champagne Puddles and Liquid Gold Puddles.
orlund: and sofa cushions. Not that I have a sofa.
FADKOG: by then the Wii will be over and we'll be on to robots. "No, you cannot have a personal slave robot to clean your room."
momo fali: and mine wouldn't wear boots at all if she could get away with it
whit: Oh, the consumer electronics bill this kid has laid on me is immense. She has 2 cell phones, a laptop, and a Gameboy all at her disposal.
Fun. I'm living this truth right now as we live away from home for a few months. Boxes and a few matchbox cars have been entertaining them for a week. Well, and the pool.
