What's That You Say? It Was Raining This Weekend?

Erin has rainboots.

Erin has a raincoat.

Erin has mad puddle jumping skillz.

I can't take credit for the director of photography's choice of angle near the end of the video, however.

Kids are so small! I didn't think I was small when I was a kid, you know?

On another note, I think I pulled a neck muscle.

It rains here quite a bit this time of year. Please, allow me to have her. At least for the months of March through early May. If our basement floods, it's just an added bonus.

et we insist on buying our kids toys when a pud muddle will do?

and I also totally forget that video cameras cant go vertical.. they only have the horizontal option. Then, when I view my clips, I am all "Doh!" So blonde... but the kid is cute, so all is well.

It took me a while to realize that you can't tilt point and shoot cameras and have the camera adjust.

I still jump in puddles every once in a while. Would be so much better if I had those boots though.

I'm just impressed she didn't plop her butt down in it. My boys would've been on that in a second. Cute vid!

Brain is now coated in pink glitter, sugar, and unicorns.

That was so damn cute.

2 Things I Really Loved:

1) "It's okay to be wet!"
2) The way she explored the entire length of the puddle in both directions.

Beautiful.

You may have interest in this, if I can be so bold as to share it:

We just have to dance together now.

We like playing in rainwater, too. :-)
